Access to the museum is allowed with restricted entrances and it is strongly recommended to book and purchase the ticket online<\/strong>. Telephone or email reservations are not valid. The spaces of the Museum and the Planetarium are accessible to disabled visitors thanks to the removal of architectural barriers, the presence of an elevator, ramps and dedicated toilets. For the astronomical observatory, contact the structure first. Areas for breastfeeding and changing babies are set up and made available to new parents.

The area of the astronomical observatory, located outside the museum within the villa\u2019s park, hosts telescopes and other equipment suitable for sky observation.
From October to May, the observatory remains closed, except for certain openings scheduled according to a calendar that varies each year.
From June to September, it opens alongside the museum (in this case, it is offered to museum visitors when weather conditions allow), but it also maintains a separate schedule of openings on days when the museum is closed (for these, see the rates below).

Activities for Summer Camps<\/h3>

Activities for summer camps are always by reservation and take place on certain weekdays during the mornings of June and July.
The program includes the science show “Science for life”<\/strong>, a sort of scientific lottery where experiments are drawn instead of numbers, plus a planetarium show, for a total of 2 hours of activities<\/strong>. At the end of the visit, groups can use the equipped area behind the Villa for a snack or lunch break, as well as the restroom facilities.
The structure closes at 2:00 PM<\/strong>.
Recommended age: 7 to 13 years<\/strong>.
Cost: \u20ac250 per group<\/strong>, up to a maximum of 25 participants<\/strong>; one accompanying adult enters free with each group.
It is possible to book multiple groups at the same time.

Activities for H Centers<\/h3>

H Centers are welcomed in June, July, and September, in the mornings from Tuesday to Friday.
The proposal includes two hours at the museum with a museum educator<\/strong>, who will guide the group through an interactive visit to the exhibition halls and then to the planetarium for a show on the current night sky.
Cost: \u20ac150<\/strong>, up to a maximum of 20 participants<\/strong>.

  1. In the exhibition halls of the Museum, in the planetarium and in the astronomical observatory it is forbidden to smoke, eat and drink.<\/li>\n \t
  2. \n
    If the Museum intends to film or photograph visitors for its own purposes, the staff at the cash desk will expressly request authorization.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  3. \n
    Minors cannot enter alone, but must be accompanied by an adult.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  4. \n
    The museum does not have dog or pet friendly areas. If you can, it’s best to leave them at home. If this is not possible, it is good to know that dogs inside the museum must be muzzled and on a leash. In any case, they cannot access the inner room of the planetarium.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  5. \n
    The ticket and\/or badge must be kept for the entire duration of the visit. You can leave and re-enter the Museum by showing your ticket or badge at the ticket office.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  6. \n
    Children under 6 and people with disabilities enter for free. Children aged between 6 and 17 get in with a 40% reduction. Visitors over 65 and those with cards from some institutions affiliated with the Museum enter with a 20% reduction (see the rates page).<\/div><\/li>\n \t

    In case of bad weather, the activity at the astronomical observatory will be canceled. In case of paid activities in the following days, a voucher will be automatically issued to be used on another evening of the same type. In case of impossibility for visitors to return, it will be sufficient to send an email to info@museodelbali.it on the same day of cancellation to agree on the refund of the fee.<\/div><\/li>\n \t

    Museum tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to come to the museum on the booked day, you can request a voucher of equal value which can be reused within 1 year of the booked day.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  9. \n
    During the planetarium show: it is advisable to avoid going in and out of the planetarium; it is forbidden to keep the mobile phone on.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  10. \n
    In organized visits by school groups, those in charge must check that all pupils comply with the instructions given by the museum animators, also with regard to the safety and evacuation of the building in the event of an earthquake or fire.<\/div><\/li>\n \t

    Lost items are kept for 7 days, after which the Museum reserves the right to dispose of them as it sees fit. In the event of loss of personal items, the public is invited to verify by telephone that such loss has occurred at the museum, providing a name and telephone number. If so, the return can take place either by hand, upon presentation of an identification document, or by courier at the expense of the interested party.
