ACCESSIBILITY TO THE PUBLIC

Access to the museum is allowed with restricted entrances and it is strongly recommended to book and purchase the ticket online. Telephone or email reservations are not valid. The spaces of the Museum and the Planetarium are accessible to disabled visitors thanks to the removal of architectural barriers, the presence of an elevator, ramps and dedicated toilets. For the astronomical observatory, contact the structure first. Areas for breastfeeding and changing babies are set up and made available to new parents.
The ticket is unique and entitles you to access the Museum and the Planetarium. When available, the observatory is offered at the ticket price.

**Children from 0 to 5 years, Touring Club Junior members (if accompanied by an adult), children and adults with law 104, children up to 11 years (up to a maximum of 2 provided that everyone is accompanied by an adult with a Viviparchi card paying full fare).

The birthday party takes place on a date and time which must be agreed with the museum secretariat. Please note that the day of the week dedicated to this initiative is Saturday afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00.

INFO AND BIRTHDAY RESERVATIONS

ACCESSIBILITY OF SUMMER CENTERS / H. CENTERS

Activities for Summer Centers and H Centers are always by reservation and are welcomed only on Saturdays and Sundays. The reservation must be made at least 15 days in advance and must be arranged by telephone with the museum secretariat on 0721 892390 extension 2 (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 13:00) or by e-mail to the address scuole@museodelbali.it

REGULATION

It is forbidden not to touch… but remember that you are in a museum.
  1. In the exhibition halls of the Museum, in the planetarium and in the astronomical observatory it is forbidden to smoke, eat and drink.
  2. If the Museum intends to film or photograph visitors for its own purposes, the staff at the cash desk will expressly request authorization.
  3. Minors cannot enter alone, but must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. The museum does not have dog or pet friendly areas. If you can, it’s best to leave them at home. If this is not possible, it is good to know that dogs inside the museum must be muzzled and on a leash. In any case, they cannot access the inner room of the planetarium.
  5. The ticket and/or badge must be kept for the entire duration of the visit. You can leave and re-enter the Museum by showing your ticket or badge at the ticket office.
  6. Children under 6 and people with disabilities enter for free. Children aged between 6 and 17 get in with a 40% reduction. Visitors over 65 and those with cards from some institutions affiliated with the Museum enter with a 20% reduction (see the rates page).
  7. In case of bad weather, the activity at the astronomical observatory will be canceled. In case of paid activities in the following days, a voucher will be automatically issued to be used on another evening of the same type. In case of impossibility for visitors to return, it will be sufficient to send an email to info@museodelbali.it on the same day of cancellation to agree on the refund of the fee.
  8. Museum tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to come to the museum on the booked day, you can request a voucher of equal value which can be reused within 1 year of the booked day.
  9. During the planetarium show: it is advisable to avoid going in and out of the planetarium; it is forbidden to keep the mobile phone on.
  10. In organized visits by school groups, those in charge must check that all pupils comply with the instructions given by the museum animators, also with regard to the safety and evacuation of the building in the event of an earthquake or fire.
  11. Lost items are kept for 7 days, after which the Museum reserves the right to dispose of them as it sees fit. In the event of loss of personal items, the public is invited to verify by telephone that such loss has occurred at the museum, providing a name and telephone number. If so, the return can take place either by hand, upon presentation of an identification document, or by courier at the expense of the interested party. In no case can the Museum be held responsible for the loss of personal property.
