Access to the museum is allowed with restricted entrances and it is strongly recommended to book and purchase the ticket online. Telephone or email reservations are not valid. The spaces of the Museum and the Planetarium are accessible to disabled visitors thanks to the removal of architectural barriers, the presence of an elevator, ramps and dedicated toilets. For the astronomical observatory, contact the structure first. Areas for breastfeeding and changing babies are set up and made available to new parents.
The ticket is unique and entitles you to access the Museum and the Planetarium. When available, the observatory is offered at the ticket price.

The birthday party takes place on a date and time which must be agreed with the museum secretariat. Please note that the day of the week dedicated to this initiative is Saturday afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00.
Activities for Summer Centers and H Centers are always by reservation and are welcomed only on Saturdays and Sundays.
